Nigerians flocked to the comments section of an Instagram post after a billionaire offered to sell his magnificent mansion worth N350 million for just N5000.

Ola, a well-known Instagram influencer from Lagos, made the information known.

According to Ola of Lagos, the opulent property in Chevron Lekki is a five-bedroom contemporary duplex worth N350 million.

Speaking further, Ola of Lagos claims that the owner of the mouth-watering property is prepared to sell it for N5000.

Speaking about the property of the magnificent home in the video, Ola of Lagos said that it includes an automated door with an alert system, a lighting living room, huge and luxurious kitchen that can be easily  wiped while cleaning.

The influencer stated that the mansion includes a large madam room and wardrobe, a bathtub in the restroom, a family lounge, a master bedroom for the husband, a functioning closet to the restroom, a bathtub, and an automated water closet.

Ola of Lagos went on to say that the home features a chillout patio where you can see everything, enjoy the lake view, and get some fresh air. He stated that you may stroll from the master bedroom to the backyard and see the newest events. It also has a pool.
