Olajumoke Orisaguna, the former bread seller who gained fame in 2019 after a chance discovery during a photoshoot, has opened up about her struggles and alleged exploitation by celebrities in the entertainment industry.
Speaking on the Honest Bunch podcast, Olajumoke revealed that many opportunities she participated in were unpaid, contrary to public perceptions. She specifically mentioned her experience with singer Harrysong, alleging she was not compensated for her appearance in his music video, Chacha.
“I went to Harrysong’s house in Lekki, danced for him in his video. He claimed he paid me N400,000, according to a written statement, but that’s false; I did it for free. He didn’t pay me anything,” she disclosed.
