Nollywood actress cum Social Media influencer, Tonto Dikeh, is in trouble again over alleged defamatory statements against her estranged husband Olakunle Churchill who has dragged her before a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
This is the second time Churchill has taken Tonto Dikeh to court since their marriage collapsed dramatically in 2017.
The first court battle between Tonto and her estranged husband took place in January 2018 when Churchill dragged Tonto to Lagos State Magistrate court to stop her from featuring their son, King Andre, on a reality TV show.
Due to the suit, the proposed reality TV shows titled “King Tonto” could not be aired by Linda Ikeji Media Limited as planned.
The latest suit was filed by Churchill on December 10, 2019, for the image damaging revelations Tonto Dikeh made against her ex-husband in a three-part YouTube series which was posted in May 2019.
