Victor Boniface, who plays for Bayer Leverkusen, has disclosed that Nigerian rapper Olamide has been avoiding him since 2019.
He mentioned that he has been trying to reach out to the YBNL boss on social media for about five years, but Olamide has never responded.
He shared this on his X account on Saturday, also addressing fans who are upset that he doesn’t reply to their messages.
The Super Eagles striker wrote: “Dey vex say I never reply ur DM. Meself na since 2019 I don dey dm @Olamide. My helper never reply me.”
Meanwhile….Victor Boniface has warned social media trolls that he won’t offer monetary rewards for insults, unlike singer Chike, who recently gave ₦1 million to a critic.
Chike’s gesture sparked debate, with some criticizing him for not rewarding loyal fans and others calling it a publicity stunt.
Boniface expressed on X that he views insults as entertainment and won’t compensate for them, stating, “I just wake Dey see insult as cruise. Ah I just Dey understand. My acct no dey do transfer ooo,” he wrote.
His post received mixed reactions, including further insults and suggestions to reward his detractors.
