Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, a Nollywood actress, has provided an update on her situation amid the wildfires in Los Angeles, California.

In a tweet on her official X account, she noted that her friends in the area have been affected by the fires.

The actress, who relocated with her family some years back, indicated that she might have to evacuate soon and is turning to prayer for Los Angeles.

“Oh God please We Lift Out City Los Angeles up before you …. We need you…. Looking like I might have to evacuate …. Oh Lord …. ! This is heartbreaking for my friends Already Affected. #LosAngelesFire,” Omotola Jalade Ekeinde wrote in a tweet.”

The reports show that firefighters are fighting multiple fires in the suburbs of the city, resulting in evacuations.

The fires were caused by dry weather and strong winds, and officials state that some fires cannot be controlled.

The BBC reports that over 137,000 people have had to evacuate, and five lives have been lost due to the fires.

Famous Hollywood celebrities like Ben Affleck, Paris Hilton, Adam Brody, Eugene Levy, Miles Teller, Leighton Meester, Anna Faris, and Billy Crystal had to leave their homes due to the situation.
