Controversial journalist, Kemi Olunloyo, has said the attack on St Francis Catholic Church in Owo, Ondo State, was possibly a drug war.
She based her opinion on the fact that the priests of the church were safe and that nobody was abducted by the attackers who killed many congregants.
According to her, the attack was similar to that which happened in Ozubulu, Anambra State.
Kemi Olunloyo tweeted, “MY OPINION: #OndoMassacre is POSSIBLY A DRUG WAR. Many similarities with Ozubulu, Anambra state August 6th 2017. Nobody was kidnapped. All priests are said to be safe. Congregation killed, Catholic Church. Ondo state is the HQ of marijuana cultivation. Stay safe! #OndoState.”
