Adult content service application Onlyfans has reversed its initial decision to stop s@xually explicit content.
The porn-friendly company took to their Twitter page to announce that its initial decision to ban explicit sexual content has been suspended as it has now secured assurances necessary to support its content creators.
“We have secured assurances necessary to support our diverse creator community and have suspended the planned October 1 policy change” Onlyfans tweeted.
On August 20, Bloomberg reported that the company was to stop its users from uploading s@xually explicit content from October 1.
However, barely a week after alerting users of their expected prohibition, the company now says “they stand for inclusion and we will continue to provide a home for all creators.”
“An official communication to creators will be emailed shortly,” Onlyfans says.
