Opeyemi Famakin, a food critic, has made serious claims against Cubana Chief Priest, saying the businessman threatened him after he wrote a negative review of his son’s restaurant in Owerri.
On his Instagram, Opeyemi posted a screenshot of a conversation where Cubana Chief Priest allegedly warned him about facing consequences for his review, implying that he would regret his actions.
He also labeled the critic a “low life” and mentioned leaving him to karma for the cruel review of his 6-year-old son’s restaurant.
In light of the threats, Opeyemi stated he had to leave Imo State immediately. He urged his supporters to hold Cubana Chief Priest responsible if anything occurs to him.
Cubana Chief Priest reached out to Opeyemi in a direct message after Opeyemi commented nicely on his video about the same review.
The food critic wrote: “I Know A Threat When I See One, I guess Its Time To Leave Imo State ASAP. If anything happens to me while I am here, well, you know who to hold. I love how he was polite in the comment section for the world to see and it was a different tone in my Dm’s”
