Media figure Ossai Ovie Success has spoken out in support of Nollywood actress and singer Annie Idibia, who is married to 2Baba. This comes after 2Baba announced he is divorcing her.
Success expressed his disappointment over the news and pointed out that the timing was inappropriate, especially since Annie lost twin babies last year (2024).
According to Ossai, who works as a senior special assistant on media for Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta state, Annie has had a tough time in recent months because of the severe criticism she has encountered online.
He mentioned that if the True Love singer was really serious about their breakup, he should have chosen a better time to announce it. Success also pointed out that this announcement is not just poorly timed but also shows a lack of sensitivity, especially considering Annie’s recent challenges.
