The candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ademola Adeleke, wins the ongoing governorship election in Osun State.
This comes hours after Davido called out the attention of the public to security officials forcing citizens to vote for opposition parties.
Mr. Ademola Adeleke, who voted at Unit 009, Ward 02, Abogunde area of Ede North Local Government Area, polled 218 votes.
Davido’s uncle won with a wide margin with APC, while Gboyega Oyetola, had 195.
This is indeed a big win for the Adeleke’s, particularly after the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) assured them of a fair election despite reports of circumventing from opposition parties.
