Nigerians lament bitterly after discovering a palliative warehouse in Osun State two years after the COVID-19 lockdown.
GISTLOVER recalls that Nigeria initiated three phases of lockdown during the COVID breakout in 2020 after which the government proffered the option of palliative for citizens.
