Nigerian actress Mercy Aigbe has reacted to the tragedy that occurred in Ojodu Local District on Tuesday.
Oon Tuesday, the truck which lost control of its brakes rammed into a group students who were on their way home from school at about 2pm.
According to the Executive Chairman of Ojodu Local Council Development Area, Odunmbaku ‘Segun, two students died and 12 others were injured in a deadly motor/pedestrian accident at Ojodu.
The horrible and disheartening incident evoked public outcry. Many celebrities and social media users shared mixed reactions as some pleaded with God to spare the lives of the injured children.
In reaction, Actress Mercy Aigbe expressed shock on hearing the news from her staff. She urged that parents pray fervently for their kids in these times.
