Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, founder of Christ Embassy, has spoken out about the fire that occurred at the church’s headquarters, seeing it as a chance for development and expansion.
During a live Sunday service, he said that the fire was not an accident, but rather an opportunity to construct something much larger and better.
He drew comparisons to a similar situation in 2001, when the structure was bombed but found structurally intact.
This time, he intends to construct an even larger edifice, vowing that the devil will be destroyed.
Fortunately, no one died in the incident, and the Lagos incident Service arrived quickly to manage the situation.
