Pastor Gets Crushed By Collapsed Building (VIDEO)

Pastor Daniel Obasi, the pastor of Divine Light Prophetic Mission in Ikorodu, Lagos State, has died when his two-story building collapsed while he was inside.

The incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon, July 20, 2021, just a day after the construction workers took a break to celebrate Eid-el-Kabir

It was gathered that the 55-year-old father-of-5 was trapped after the building collapsed on him. His body was later recovered from the rubble by emergency responders and handed over to Isawo Division Police

Ibrahim Farinloye, the Lagos State Acting Coordinator, National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) confirmed the incident saying the landlord was the only who perished in the collapse.

According to him, “The cause of the collapse was suspected to be inadequate timeline to allow sand-filled land to compact properly before the commencement of construction and poor building materials, according to neighbours.”

He added that in any case, winning souls should be the core mandate of the church yet these pastors as usual feed on the gullibility of the masses to milk them dry all the time.

If Na God call you, na winning of souls for be your concern, NOT TURNOVER. Na your G.O call you make we talk true. How do you expect to make a profit in poor areas? By lying to and manipulating the poor?
