Veteran Nollywood actor Patrick Doyle has commended Afrobeats star David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, for his exceptional humility despite his wealth, fame, and privileged background.

“I have also noticed his attitude towards them and the relentless attacks. For the most part, he has maintained a calm disposition and a reluctance to engage his adversaries. I find this commendable, and I imagine it is an inherited trait from his father, who, though a business mogul, is possibly the most self-effacing billionaire around,” Doyle added.
While acknowledging that Davido’s showbiz persona might appear flashy and brash, Doyle clarified that such traits are necessities of the entertainment industry rather than reflections of his true character.
