Nigerian artist Chidozie Godsfavour Ugochinyere, known as Fave, has delivered a powerful message to those who backed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and cast their votes for him in the 2023 election.
The singer looks frustrated with Nigeria’s economic situation. She was seen in a viral video making remarks about Tinubu’s supporters.
Fave gained fame after her verse on a free beat from singer Jinmi Abdul became a hit on Twitter. She also released several brief videos on the platform during the COVID-19 lockdown.
In 2022, she won the Rookie of the Year award at The Headies. She was nominated for Most Promising Artist and Best Artist in African Reggae and Dancehall at the All-Africa Music Awards. Additionally, she received a nomination for Best New Artiste at the 2022 Soundcity MVP Awards Festival.
In her comments about Tinubu’s leadership, the 24-year-old singer expressed that the voters who supported the president lack common sense.
