2023: Nasarawa Stands Still Over One Million March For Peter Obi [Video]

As the 2023 general election gathered momentum no fewer than 35,000 citizens of Nasarawa state on Saturday declared their support for the presidential candidate of the Labour party, Peter Obi.

Speaking at a town hall meeting with stakeholders of the Labour party and leaders of various support groups for Peter Obi in Lafia, the State Chairman of the party, Alexander Emmanuel said the people of the state were tired with the misrule of the All Progressives Congress led government both at the national and state level was reason behind their decision to support the Labour party in 2023.

On August 6th, 2022 supporters of Peter Obi concluded and they rally round the state to show their support for the presidential candidate.
