A rally which was staged in support of US President-elect, Donald Trump in Port Harcourt, Rivers State this morning has brought mixed reactions, following the killing of some members of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, who took part in the rally after police officers allegedly opened fire.
The group on its Facebook page, shared a photo of a letter they sent to the state commissioner of police, seeking permission for the rally.
