Cumbria police have confirmed the arrest of a white teenager who was caught on video racially abusing and assaulting a black schoolkid.
It was reported that the white adolescent repeatedly attacked the black student, urging him to kiss his dirty boots.
The black schoolkid kissed the boots after realizing he was surrounded by several white students cheering on the bigoted teenager.
The Cumbria Police Department has verified the arrest of the white youngster in connection with the incident in Carlisle, United Kingdom.
