Police harass Mavin artiste, Boy Spyce seize his car key [Video]

Up and coming music act, Ugbekile David Osemeke, popularly known as Boy Spyce, on Wednesday night, fell victim to police harassment.

The latest Mavin Records signee live streamed his encounter with men of the Nigeria Police Force that stopped his car.

Boy Spyce was apparently stopped by police officers while passing a checkpoint and during the search, the matter ecalated so he decided to go on Instagram live to capture the incident for the world to see.

In the video, he could be heard screaming at the top of his voice as a police officer tried to grab the phone he was using to record.

At a point, his key was also seized while the car was in motion because they claimed he was proving stubborn. The singer said he didn’t feel safe with the manner the security personnel were interrogating him so he refused turning off the light in his car.

After the back and forth, Boy Spyce gave an update later that the matter has been resolved and he is okay.
