A police Sergent is being under investigation for r@ping a 8yrs old minor. This investigation is being carried out by Yobe State Police command. The incident is reported to had occurred at Fika Local Government Area of the State.
The unfortunate act is alleged to had occurred 28th May at the local goverment secretariat.
The suspect is identified as serving with Mopol 21 Abuja on a special assignment in Yobe.
Dungnus Abdulkariam, the police spokesman said the matter was still under investigation at the state Criminal investigation Department.
He also promised to provide details of the outcome of the investigation.
