In the clip making the rounds on social media, the uniformed man could be seen contesting with other people who were also keen on obtaining money from the fast-rising artist.
The police officer stretched his hand through the car window and was beckoning on Portable to bless him also.
The Zazu Zeh star ever since he attained stardom is known for his random spray of cash for fans at any given opportunity.
