The Nigerian Police has recovered 17 sacks containing thumb-printed ballot papers in Sabon Gari area of Kano.
The ballots have already been thumb-printed in favor of ruling All Progressives Congress, APC box, DAILY NIGERIAN reports.
GistLover understands that the sacks are being transported to the state police command headquarters for further investigations.
