Pope Francis Hospitalised For Bronchitis Treatment – Vatican reveals

  • Pope Francis has been admitted to the Agostino Gemelli Polyclinic in Rome, Italy, for ongoing treatment of bronchitis and medical examinations, according to the Vatican.
    • The 88-year-old pontiff was hospitalized due to increasing health concerns following a series of medical issues in recent years.

Pope Francis, the Catholic pontiff, has been hospitalized at the Agostino Gemelli Polyclinic in Rome, Italy, for continued treatment of bronchitis and for medical evaluations, as announced by the Vatican on Friday.

The 88-year-old pontiff’s admission to the hospital has raised increasing concerns regarding his health, particularly in light of several medical challenges he has faced in recent years.

“This morning, at the end of the audiences, Pope Francis will be admitted to the Agostino Gemelli Polyclinic for some necessary diagnostic tests and to continue in a hospital setting treatment for bronchitis that is still ongoing,” the Vatican said in an official statement.

In other news, Media personality Ossai Ovie Success has shared his thoughts on Nedu quitting his podcast.

By now, it’s known that Nedu and VDM have had issues since a podcast episode was released. In that episode, Deeone, a former contestant from Big Brother Naija, made claims about Vincent Otse Martins that he didn’t appreciate.

In response to the uproar, Ossai Success expressed his strong disappointment in Nedu for his extreme measures. He pointed out that if the situation were different, he would support VDM completely, stressing that the critic’s actions crossed the line into Nedu’s private life.

    Ossai wrote:

“Nedu is a weak man for resigning and I am disappointed. Everything Very Dark Man said is false in the eyes of the law. If I were Nedu, I wouldn’t let Very Dark Man go free. I would fight to the end. Very Dark Man’s statements violated Nedu’s privacy. Nedu should stand up for himself, especially now that he has resigned. It’s time to fight back.”

“At least now, Glift African won’t be dragged into this issue anymore, and can focus on fighting back, both fairly and fiercely. I am highly disappointed in what is going on right now.”
