Popular singer, Bella Shmurda has been deported from Ghana after being found guilty of assaulting a doctor with a fork while in quarantine by the Adjabeng Circuit Court in Accra.
He was deported together with two others, Ramsey Omeofe and Jubreel Abimbola, and each of them was fined GH2,000. According to Sahara Reporters, they were also barred from traveling to Ghana for three months.
After being placed in quarantine for testing positive with COVID-19, Bella Shmurda and the two others allegedly became upset and assaulted the doctor.
The three was reportedly quarantined and tested for COVID upon their arrival in Ghana, as was required during the pandemic. They were quarantined in an Accra hotel after having their swabs taken and testing positive for the virus, requiring them to stay in quarantine.
They reportedly attacked the doctor who gave the news to them with a fork, apparently pissed that the quarantine would disturb their stay in Ghana. The attack, it was learned, was part of the trio’s purported attempt to get out of quarantine.
