Police Arraign Singer Portable in court for assault after resisting arrest

The Ogun State Police Command arraigned controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola, a.k.a Portable, in the Ifo High Court on six counts bordering on assault on Monday morning.

Portable resisted arrest by some police officers at his office last Tuesday.

Last Friday, the “Zazu Zeh” singer was arrested.

Muyiwa Adejobi, the Force Public Relations Officer, stated on Saturday that Portable faces more than six charges, in addition to resisting arrest and injuring a police officer.

“He will be charged to court for beating up a guy in Ota, who filed a petition to CP Ogun,” Adejobi tweeted.
