Nigerian singer Portable, whose real name is Habeeb Olalomi Badmus, has responded after the police announced he is wanted for assaulting officials in Ogun State.
Reports say the Ogun State police command is looking for him due to charges of attempted murder, conspiracy, and other crimes.
In a series of posts on his Instagram story after the arrest warrant news came out, he requested the police to provide proof of his alleged assault on officials.
The Zeh Nation leader claimed he has not harmed anyone and warned that if anything were to happen to him, it would lead to serious issues.
In another Instagram story, the Zazu singer claimed he only goes to places where he is appreciated.
Portable said they should end his life so everything can fall apart. He called those after him evil and questioned why they wanted to ruin his success.
The music star mentioned that his fame could destroy his rivals.
During the intense situation of the assault claim against him, some individuals pleaded for him.
Portable’s first wife, Bewaji, requested the government to think about his children and show him mercy.
An American woman also supported him, suggesting that Portable’s Odogwu bar should be allowed to reopen and that he should be forgiven.
