President Buhari Sends 46 Non-Career Ambassadorial Nominees to Senate

President Muhammadu Buhari, on Thursday, sent names of 46 non-career ambassadorial nominees to the Senate for confirmation and approval. This was contained in a letter sent to Senate President Bukola Saraki who read it on the floor of the plenary on Thursday, October 20.

Some of the nominees include retired Justice of the Supreme Court, Justice George Oguntade (Lagos); former Deputy Governor of Plateau State, Mrs. Paulen Talen (Plateau); former member of the House of Representatives, Usman Bugaje (Katsina), former Deputy Governor of Niger State, Ahmed Ibeto amongst others
