President of Turkey Declares 3 Months State Of Emergency after Failed Coup

Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has declared a 3-month state of emergency in an effort to take swift action against the coup.

President Erdogan made the announcement this evening where he also claimed the threat of a coup was not over.
