Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Sets To Enjoy Their Honeymoon In Namibia

Contrary to reports suggesting that he will whisk his wife to-be, Meghan Markle off to the Caribbean after their wedding on May 19, Dailymail reports that Prince Harry plans to have an adventure organised for him and his bride in the huge south-west African country.

Read DailyMail’s report below:

It’s remote, barren and dangerous – yet news reaches me that Prince Harry has his heart set on a honeymoon in Namibia with Meghan Markle.

I hear Harry will, instead of whisking Meghan off to the Caribbean after the wedding on May 19, turn to luxury lodge company Natural Selection to organise an adventure in the huge south-west African country.

A source says Harry and Meghan have been advised to use a number of different lodges to keep people guessing about their whereabouts.

One of Natural Selection’s newest attractions is the Hoanib Valley Camp, a four-hour drive by car from the nearest town. The £500-a-night lodge is still being built – but, intriguingly, is due to be completed in May.”

Again, the chances of bumping into hordes of camera-wielding tourists will be pretty remote in Namibia as it is one of the least populated places in the world, home to the highest sand dunes on the planet, and the deepest canyon in Africa.

Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle 2018 will hold at St George’s Chapel in Windsor by 1:00 PM on Saturday, 19 May, 2018. All times are in West Africa Standard Time.

St George’s Chapel in Windsor, the chapel where Prince Harry was christened – holds about 800 people.

Invitations have been sent to 600 guests, with a further 200 invited to the couple’s evening reception – including the Spice Girls.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle also extended the invitation to over 1,000 members of the public who will be able to watch the arrival and departure of the bride and groom from the grounds of Windsor Castle.

There has been much speculation about whether former US president Barack Obama will attend Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding.

If US president Donald Trump will be in attendance is unlikely. When he was asked whether he had received an invite for the wedding, Mr Trump said “not that I know of”.

No one from Nigeria, at this moment, has confirmed he/she got an invite to the Royal wedding.
