Nigerian influencer Priscilla Ojo and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux’s fashion designer, Lasosa, has issued a stern warning to tailors on social media regarding the exclusive pre-wedding outfits she designed for the celebrity couple.
Recently, Priscilla and Juma Jux revealed their second look for their pre-wedding photoshoot, showcasing one of the five outfits planned for the occasion. The couple stunned fans with their coordinated beige and brown outfits adorned with intricate floral motifs, creating a fashionable and memorable moment.
During an interview with popular lifestyle and events blogger, Asoebi Styles, Lasosa made it clear that she would not hesitate to take legal action against anyone who replicates the design by giving it to another tailor. She emphasized that the outfit was created exclusively for Priscilla and Juma Jux, meaning she retains all rights to the design. Lasosa also noted the significant effort she invested in crafting the bespoke attire.
In her words:
“This was exclusively made for Priscilla and her husband so you know what that means right? We have rights to this dress. You know what that means? If you copy me and give it to ‘Obioma’ and I see it, you might just get sued, see you in court. It took too much to make this, don’t copy me, that’s not nice. If you don’t want to see yourself in court, send me a DM.”
