Former Nollywood star and filmmaker Seun Egbegbe has spoken out for the first time since his release from prison.

He shared his experiences in jail and how he managed to get through that difficult time with Biola Bayo.

Egbegbe mentioned in the interview that he went to jail for only one charge because his lawyer successfully fought off the other 44 charges against him.

He described prison life as a horrible experience and said he wouldn’t want anyone to go through it. Egbegbe also expressed his commitment to visiting jails across the country to assist inmates.

Seun Egbegbe shared that a few weeks after entering jail, he felt overwhelmed by depression and almost lost his life.

He made a promise during this tough time. He told God that if he survived his 11-year sentence, he would change his ways and dedicate himself to helping others.

Egbegbe stated that jail is a great equalizer. He mentioned that he met former Ekiti state governor Ayo Fayose and well-known Lagos-Dubai socialite Mompha while in prison.

The ex-movie producer revealed many details during his chat with Biola Bayo.
