Bowen University on its official Twitter handle told singer, Rema that he wouldn’t need to worry about ASUU if he was enrolled in their school.
Recall that in 2021 Rema announced that he had gotten admission to study at the University of Lagos.
Shortly after disclosing his admission status, ASUU embarked on indefinite strike.
On Monday (April 19), a frustrated Rema took to his Twitter handle to implore ASUU to call off its strike.
The Bowen University, reacting to the tweet, wrote, ‘ASUU can’t delay you if you’re enrolled in Bowen University’.
Rema promptly responded to the university’s admission offer, he wrote, ‘Unilag private university don dey toast me o, I’m blushing OMG stop it.’
