“Protest Must Hold”- Verydarkman Expresses Displeasure as Fuel Price Rises to N1300, Tackles BBNaija

Media figure Vincent Otse, known as Verydarkman (VDM), is upset that many Nigerians are spending time watching the Big Brother Naija (BNaija) reality show while the country faces serious challenges.

Currently, fuel prices are at N1300 per litre, and there are long lines at gas stations as the supply is not sufficient.

VDM pointed out that rising fuel costs will lead to higher food prices and other expenses, making life harder for people.

He believes that no contestant from BBNaija can address the tough conditions in the country.

While he doesn’t mind people enjoying the show, he thinks it’s inappropriate because once the show ends, the harsh reality remains.

He also criticized the Tinubu administration for its harsh economic policies and urged young people to vote out the All Progressive Congress in the upcoming 2027 elections.

@praise_bley: “You people know very well BBN starts airing in July every year. What prevented y’all for organizing the protest from January till June ending? Or the hardship only started in July?”
