The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has directed the release of popular TikToker, SeaKing, who was recently rearrested on charges of cyberbullying.
Speaking during a recent sermon, Pastor Adeboye clarified that he had no hand in SeaKing’s arrest. He explained that the action was taken by those angered by the content creator’s defamatory remarks about him.
Daddy Adeboye said;
“I heard that there was someone who lambasted me thoroughly; What was my offense? because I asked my people to fast for 100 days, I didn’t ask him o. I didn’t ask anybody who is not a member of the Redeemed Christian Church of God to fast. Only my children. But God said that it will happen.
“I was told that some people got so angry and they went and arrested the fellow. Ha, release him, he is fulfilling prophecy.”
Adeboye’s call for SeaKing’s release has sparked widespread reactions online, with many commending his leadership and forgiving nature.
