The traditional proverb “Money is senior” comes into play today following a conversation between Superstar Afrobeats singer Davido and prominent blogger Tunde Ednut, prompting mixed opinions online.
Davido, 30, has raised eyebrows after referring to 37-year-old blogger Tunde Ednut as his younger brother when responding to him.
It all started after Tunde Ednut shared a snippet where he disclosed to everyone that Davido signee, Morravey is set to release her debut EP dubbed “Ravi” on November 2nd 2023.
The blogger who is known to be a 30BG member throws his weight behind her as he wishes her congratulations on the recent development.
He wrote; “Having eyes on good talent and scouting for the best has to be one of the things OBO is good at!!!! Everybody don Dey wait for you since @morravey Congratulations on your upcoming EP, we’re fully behind you! 🔥 #30BG.”
Reacting via the comment section of Tunde Ednut’s post on his signee’s upcoming debut EP, Davido thanks Tunde Ednut by referring to him as absolutely nothing but his junior brother.
Davido said in the Yoruba Language “Aburo Mi” meaning younger brother. He added that his signee’s new EP will be a huge project to come out of the country this year.
Davido wrote; “Thank you aburo mi she’s gonna be HUGE!!”
