Popular American rapper 21 Savage elicits reactions when he sings a lovely rendition of Afrobeat singer WizKid’s smash song “Joro.”
The popular rapper played WizKid’s song in the background and passionately repeated it word for word, much to the delight of his fans.
This is not the first time 21 Savage has played an Afrobeat song on Instagram Live; he also sang Burna Boy’s “On The Low.”
Many people appreciated how well he played the song, while others viewed it as an opportunity to reignite the feud between Davido and Wizkid.

In other news, Don Jazzy, the renowned music executive and CEO of Mavin Records, has disclosed that he does not allow his artists to release songs or projects on the same day as Wizkid or Asake.
In a podcast interview with Fisayo Fosudo, Jazzy stated that releasing songs on the same day as the pair was suicidal.
Wizkid and Asake are some of Nigeria’s most popular artists in the streaming era.
Don Jazzy stated: “We [Mavin] are moving from the traditional Friday release date to Wednesdays and Thursdays because there are no more Fridays [without another artist dropping a song].
“If my artiste is to drop a song or project on a Friday and Wizkid or Asake is also releasing that day, I will move our release date because you don’t want to just die a natural death.”
Rema, Ayra Starr, Crayon, Magixx, Boy Spyce, Johnny Drille, and Lifesize Teddy are among the artists signed by Mavin Records.
