Award-Winning Nigerian singer Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, better known as Wizkid, is one of the most talked about people on the internet after taking to Instagram to name his top five fave artists right now.
Wizkid raised eyebrows a few hours ago when he announced that he would take a 6-year vacation from the music industry to pursue his acting goals.
In the post, the “Essence” singer stated that he only wants to kiss the female actors he likes and that he enjoys action films in which he shoots firearms.
Wizkid paid a visit to legendary Nigerian film producer Kunle Afolayan at his restaurant and bar in Ikeja, Lagos.
Following that, Wizkid named his favourite Nigerian singers of the moment on his verified Instagram page, which has 17.8 million followers.
Wizkid’s current favourite artists include Rema, Asake, Odumodublvck, Shallipopi, and a fast-rising singer dubbed Bloody Civilian.
Wizkid expressed his admiration for Shallipopi, saying that even if the singer coughs in his song, he will still dance to it.

“Yea my fav artistes rn…Odumodublvck, Rema, Asake, Bloody Civilian!! fucking superstars!
