A new list has come out featuring Nigerian artists who have reached one billion streams globally. According to a post seen by GistLover, there are four male artists and one female artist on the list.
The female artist, who amazed her fans with a long gown a few months back, is the only woman included. She is also the first female singer to achieve one billion streams worldwide.
Ayra Starr’s song ‘Rush’ is the sole track that contributed to her total streams.
Among the top songs flying high are Burna Boy’s ‘Last Last’, Wizkid’s ‘Essence’, and Ckay’s ‘Love Nwantiti’.
A music star recently had a concert in Benin and his song ‘Calm Down’ hit one billion streams.
Fans were shocked to see the list and questioned why Davido was left out.
