Pastor Paul Adefarasin of House on the Rock has said a prayer for the Super Eagles of Nigeria who will be slugging it out with Croatia in their first group D match at the 2018 FIFA world cup holding in Russia.
The Nigeria Football Federation boss, Amaju Pinnick, paid a visit to the pastor on Friday at the Church’s headquarters in Lagos where blessings for the team was seeked.
55-year-old Paul Adefarasin who is the brain behind the biggest gospel concert in Nigeria, The Experience, offered some prayers for the success of the Super Eagles via the Church’s Twitter page.
Sharing a picture showing him receiving some jerseys from Amaju Pinnick, he wrote:
”We declare over the Super Eagles of Nigeria and NFA, that God will lift up the light of His countenance upon them, the heaven will favour their cause, they will bring forth excellence and God will give them victory after victory in Jesus name. #BecomeYourVision.”
