Sabinus, a popular Nigerian comedian and skit maker, thanked a photographer with a hefty N500,000 prize.
The incident occurred during a recent charity football tournament hosted by Super Eagles captain Williams Troost-Ekong.
Sabinus resorted to social media to publish a stunning photograph of himself from the event that had piqued his interest.
In his post, he sought the identity of the photographer, stating, “ABEG WHICH CAMERA GUY SNAP ME THIS PICTURE YOU DESERVE A GIFT.”
The photographer, known on social media platform X as @PoojaMedia, quickly identified himself and shared the original photo link on his page.
Sabinus responded quickly and graciously, transferring N500,000 to the photographer and providing a snapshot of the transaction as verification.
“Oga pooja manage this one @PoojaMedia. Thanks so much,” Sabinus wrote.
Overwhelmed by the unexpected reward, the photographer, @PoojaMedia, responded with excitement.
“A shot & a 500K inside the account. I thought it was NEPA alarm when the alert entered. Thanks for this. Really appreciate. Time to paint Uyo red,” @PoojaMedia said.
