Samklef, popular Nigerian music producer, swiftly responded to singer Adekunle Gold’s severe warning about calling out his wife, Simi.
Recall that Samklef talked about a time, years ago when he was on the verge of pursuing a relationship with Adekunle Gold’s wife simi, following her separation with her then partner, Lekan.
Expressing displeasure, he chastised those he had helped, including Simi, for being ungrateful, which moulded his attitude towards assisting others.
He expressed his willingness to forgive Simi if she apologised for her behaviour, but cautioned that if she did not, he would continue to remind her of her true character.
Adekunle Gold then called him out, telling him to stop invoking his wife’s name since she owed him nothing.
In response, Samklef advised Adekunle Gold to instill gratitude in his wife and focus on promoting his music career.
His words: “Dear adekunle gold. Remember you once came to me and u did the suwe graphics… It’s so nice to see husband supporting and standing up for his wife but AG baby i think you should focus on your song promotion at the moment except you need this attention to get more streams teach ur wife gratitude and she should to learn to mind her business. Did I ask her for help ? She no tell u say na me Dey pay her transport come Lekki carry her all around with her ex Lekan?”
