Samklef Reveals Why He Didn’t Propose Marriage to Simi Despite His Admiration

Samklef, a music producer and blogger, has opened up about his previous affections for singer Simi, admitting why he never asked her out despite having deep emotions for her during their early days as struggling musicians.

In a recent social media post, Samklef admitted that he considered asking Simi out when she was going through a breakup with her ex-boyfriend, Lekan, but opted against it to retain a professional connection and prevent jeopardising their working dynamic.

Samklef also said that, despite his friendly gestures to Simi, her family mistreated him, leaving him with a bad taste in his mouth. However, he has forgiven them and moved on.

Simi is now happily married to her colleague, Adekunle Gold, and they share a beautiful daughter named Adejare.
