Police officer has been captured on tape resisting arrest which was being enforced by a security guard after he allegedly broke the law while on official duty.
The officer who is believed to have been under the influence of an intoxicating substance, was reportedly trying to extort a lady.
The private security officer who observed what was happening, intervened and tried to arrest the police man.
He, however, refused to be taken away by the security man who had grabbed him by his uniform.
The lady in a car could be heard telling the policeman to obey the law and follow the private security man.
