Nigerians have been warned following this method used by internet fraudsters to dupe unsuspecting victims. Some scammers who decided to take their game to another level are now using fake Facebook profiles pretending to be Senator Ifeanyi Araraume and Senator Samdaddy Anyanwu from Imo state, in order to defraud their “constituents”.
The screenshot containing the Facebook chat between the scammers and their proposed victims were shared online in order to alert the public of their mode of operation.
