He suggested they consider switching to a point of sales business if they struggle to operate effectively.
Mr. Jollof urged Nigeria’s Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo, to address airlines that mistreat customers.
He shared his experience of being delayed from a 3 PM flight to Abuja until 9:30 PM, despite flying with Air Peace over 50 times this year. He questioned the airline’s operational issues and whether they have enough planes to meet demand.
