Senior lawyer reportedly closes down his chamber to relocate to UK, becomes a cleaner

• His wife’s influence led them to leave everything in Nigeria and move abroad.

A man shares the story of a senior attorney who shut down his law practice in Akure to relocate to the United Kingdom, ultimately taking on a cleaning position to support himself.

This account was shared by a fellow attorney known on X as @Bolanlecole. He noted that the senior attorney operated his own law practice in Akure, located in Ondo State.

Influenced by his wife, the couple made the decision to leave their life in Nigeria and move overseas.

The man disclosed that he closed his law practice prior to their departure for the UK.

Upon arrival, however, he found it necessary to accept a job as a cleaner to sustain himself while living abroad.
