Controversial Actor Uche Maduagwu has counseled comedians Basketmouth and AY to resolve their disputes off of social media.
Following the comedian’s admission that he was never friends with him during his interview on Nedu’s podcast, Basketmouth and AY have been at each other’s throats on social media for days.
Basketmouth compared him to a snake that, rather than evolving, merely sheds its skin to grow larger.
The popular stand-up comedian AY’s wife Mabel Makun responded by criticizing Basketmouth on her social media page.
Regarding the heat energy between the two friends who have now become enemies, Uche Maduagwu has advised the two to settle their differences amicably off social media because many people, including their children, are watching.
He wrote on his page, “For the sale of your na pikins wey dey look up to you na as role models, Oya AY and Basketmouth, settle your difference amicably and away from social media. Both of you are legends for stand-up comedy, what lessons are you passing to upcoming comedians?
Netizens have dug out old photos of Comedians, Basketmouth, and Ayo Makun following the former claim.
Basketmouth claimed in an interview with media personality Nedu that he had never taken a photo with Ay before. He also stated that the two were never buddies.
