“Settling for 2Face reeks of low self esteem” — Morayo Brown slams Natasha

Media personality Morayo Afolabi-Brown has publicly criticized Edo lawmaker Natasha Irobosa Osawaru for accepting a proposal from the renowned Nigerian musician Innocent Idibia, commonly known as 2Baba or 2Face.

Morayo voiced her concerns during a segment of the TVC program Your View, where she expressed her disapproval of 2Baba’s ability to move on following his tumultuous marriage to Annie Idibia. She previously contended that the artist should not be permitted to “go scot-free” after allegedly neglecting his estranged spouse.

In a recent discussion, Morayo redirected her criticism towards Natasha, asserting that the lawmaker had compromised her dignity by engaging with someone as contentious as 2Baba. She characterized this choice as indicative of low self-esteem, arguing that 2Baba’s history should preclude him from entering into another serious relationship.

Morayo remarked on Natasha Irobosa’s involvement with 2Baba, stating, “Doesn’t it reek of low self-esteem to date someone like 2Face? For you to even allow 2Face to propose to you? For you to leave your lawmaker self and fall in love with that amount of X women in his life.

“Yes, she’s still human, but he has enough baggage. Are you normal? He doesn’t deserve to remarry. If you put a woman in 2Face’s shoes, would she get away with that kind of thing? Never! He doesn’t deserve love!” Morayo stated passionately.

However, her viewpoint was met with a differing perspective from one of her co-hosts, who suggested that 2Baba might actually be the victim in his marriage to Annie Idibia. This co-host referenced comparable public marital conflicts to argue that Annie’s contributions to their troubled relationship should not be disregarded.
