Shallipopi breaks silence on reports of paying N9m for ‘streaming farm’

Shallipopi, on the other side, denounced the charges as “fake” using his X handle. He said that the allegations were the work of attention seekers.

Shallipopi has denied paying N9 million to buy “fake streams” to boost the position of his tunes on digital music charts.

Ebaide, an aspiring musician, claimed that a music influencer deceived her by receiving money under the false guise of improving her song streams, only to withdraw it.

She added that she decided to pay for the service after the influencer informed her that she had accomplished the same task for Shallipopi for N9 million.

Shallipopi, on the other side, denounced the charges as “fake” using his X handle.

He said that the allegations were the work of attention seekers.

He wrote, “Fake!! Y’all are looking for attention with the wrong content and think it’s right? 9m wey I go take chill make I leave Plutomanias to dey stream!! Anyway, your karma is coming.”
